1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering for, or using the betsp platform — including the website at betsp.net, any associated mobile applications, and all games, services, and features offered thereunder — you ("Player," "User," or "You") acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms") in their entirety.

These Terms constitute a binding legal agreement between you and betsp ("the Company," "we," "us," or "our"). If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately discontinue use of the betsp platform. Continued use of the platform following any published amendment to these Terms constitutes your unconditional acceptance of the revised Terms.

2 Eligibility

Access to and use of the betsp platform is strictly restricted to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and throughout the duration of their account:

• You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age, in accordance with the minimum age requirement for real-money online gaming as prescribed under Philippine regulations and enforced by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR).
• You must be a natural person. Corporations, trusts, partnerships, and other legal entities are not permitted to hold a betsp player account.
• You must not be a resident of, or accessing the platform from, any jurisdiction in which online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or close family member of a current employee or contractor, of betsp or any of its affiliated companies, subsidiaries, or game providers.
• You must not have been previously self-excluded from betsp or any other gaming platform with a cross-platform exclusion agreement in effect.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

3 Account Registration

To access real-money games and services on betsp, you must register for a player account. Registration requires you to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine residential address, email address, and mobile number.

Each player is permitted to hold only one (1) betsp account. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, payment methods, or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all associated balances.

• You are solely responsible for all activity conducted through your betsp account.
• You must keep your login credentials strictly confidential. betsp staff will never request your password under any circumstances.
• You must notify betsp immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
• You must update your account information promptly if any details change.
• betsp reserves the right to require identity verification (KYC) at any time, including prior to the processing of any withdrawal.

betsp uses industry-standard encryption and security protocols to protect your account. However, the security of your login credentials remains your personal responsibility.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

betsp accepts deposits via the following payment methods available to Philippine-based players: GCash, Maya, BPI, BDO, UnionBank, 7-Eleven CLiQQ, USDT TRC20, Coins.ph, and Metrobank. Accepted methods and applicable minimum or maximum transaction limits are subject to change and will be displayed in the betsp cashier at the time of transaction.

All funds deposited into your betsp wallet are held in a segregated account and are used exclusively for gameplay. betsp does not use player funds for operational expenses.

• Deposits are credited to your betsp wallet upon confirmation from the payment provider. betsp is not liable for delays caused by third-party payment processors.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in your name and previously used to fund your betsp account, subject to KYC verification.
• betsp reserves the right to request supporting documentation — including government-issued ID, proof of address, and source-of-funds declarations — before processing any withdrawal.
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed in the betsp cashier section.
• betsp targets GCash and Maya withdrawal processing times of under ten (10) minutes for verified accounts, but cannot guarantee processing times in all circumstances.
• betsp does not charge fees for standard deposits or withdrawals, but your payment provider may apply their own charges.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

betsp offers various promotional bonuses to eligible players, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and VIP programme rewards. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each offer, in addition to the general bonus rules set out in this section.

• All bonus funds carry a wagering requirement that must be fulfilled before any withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings is permitted. Wagering requirements are stated in the individual promotion terms.
• Bonus funds and real-money funds are maintained as separate balances. Real-money funds may be withdrawn at any time subject to the withdrawal terms in Section 4, unless a bonus with a real-money lock condition is active.
• Bonuses have fixed validity periods. Unused bonus funds and associated winnings will be forfeited upon expiry.
• betsp reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Players found to be abusing the bonus system — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim multiple bonuses, placing low-risk hedging bets to meet wagering requirements, or using bots to automate gameplay — will have bonuses voided and accounts suspended.
• betsp reserves the right to exclude any player from any specific promotion at its sole discretion.

6 Game Rules & Fair Play

All games available on the betsp platform operate using certified random number generation (RNG) systems or certified live dealing procedures. betsp exclusively partners with game studios whose RNG and game mechanics have been independently tested and certified by recognised testing laboratories.

The specific rules governing each game — including bet limits, return-to-player (RTP) percentages, jackpot mechanics, and side bet conditions — are set by the respective game provider and are displayed within each game interface. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the rules of each game before placing real-money wagers.

• In the event of a technical malfunction during gameplay, betsp reserves the right to void the affected round and refund the stake to the player's wallet.
• Incomplete game rounds caused by player-side connectivity issues do not automatically entitle the player to a refund of stakes placed prior to the interruption.
• betsp's records of game outcomes and transaction logs are the authoritative record of all gameplay activity on the platform.
• Any dispute regarding game outcomes must be raised with betsp support within fourteen (14) days of the disputed event.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the betsp platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of all balances, and reporting to relevant regulatory and law enforcement authorities:

• Registering more than one player account.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using the platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to access or play on the betsp platform.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in games or the platform. Any winnings derived from exploiting a known or unknown error are void.
• Engaging in collusion, chip dumping, or any form of coordinated play intended to manipulate game outcomes.
• Using stolen, fraudulently obtained, or third-party payment instruments to deposit funds.
• Engaging in any activity that constitutes money laundering, fraud, or any other criminal offence under Philippine law.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing betsp staff or other players through any communication channel.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or copy any part of the betsp platform or its games.

8 Intellectual Property

All content on the betsp platform — including but not limited to the betsp name and logo, website design, text, graphics, game interfaces, software, and documentation — is the exclusive intellectual property of betsp or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws of the Republic of the Philippines and international treaties.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the betsp platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not reproduce, distribute, publicly display, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any betsp content without prior written authorisation from betsp.

9 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, betsp, its directors, officers, employees, and service providers shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the betsp platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of business opportunity.

betsp's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms — regardless of the form of action — shall not exceed the total amount of real-money deposits made by you to betsp in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

• betsp does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.
• betsp is not liable for losses caused by your failure to comply with these Terms or by third-party payment provider delays or errors.
• betsp does not guarantee the availability of any specific game or feature at any given time.

10 Privacy & Data

betsp collects, stores, processes, and uses your personal data in accordance with the betsp Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering for a betsp account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

betsp complies with the Republic Act No. 10173 (Data Privacy Act of 2012) and applicable implementing rules and regulations issued by the National Privacy Commission of the Philippines. Your personal data will not be sold to third parties. It may be shared with payment processors, KYC verification partners, and regulatory bodies where required by law or by these Terms.

11 Responsible Gaming

betsp is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment for all Filipino players. betsp provides the following responsible gaming tools to every registered player, accessible at any time from the account dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps to control your spending.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive notifications after a set period of continuous play.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily restrict your account from gameplay for a defined period.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently exclude yourself from the betsp platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and are irrevocable for the stated exclusion period.
• Reality Checks: On-screen prompts showing elapsed playing time and net session results.

12 Account Suspension & Closure

betsp reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Failure to complete identity or age verification within the timeframe requested by betsp.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or criminal conduct.
• Detection of multiple accounts registered to the same player.
• Regulatory or legal requirement to do so.
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment reversal from a payment provider in connection with your account.

In the event of account closure for breach of these Terms, betsp reserves the right to withhold and forfeit any real-money balance, pending withdrawals, and bonus funds in the account. Where closure is initiated by betsp without player fault, verified real-money balances will be returned to the player's last used payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

Players wishing to voluntarily close their betsp account may do so at any time by contacting support at [email protected]. Voluntary closures are processed within five (5) business days, and any verified real-money balance will be returned via the player's registered payment method.

13 Amendments to These Terms

betsp reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, betsp will notify registered players via email to the address on file and/or via a prominent notice on the betsp platform at least seven (7) days prior to the changes taking effect, except where changes are required on shorter notice by applicable law or regulatory direction.

Your continued use of the betsp platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request voluntary account closure in accordance with Section 12.

14 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute arising from your use of the betsp platform shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of a dispute between you and betsp, both parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter amicably through betsp's customer support process. Disputes must be submitted to betsp in writing at [email protected] within sixty (60) days of the event giving rise to the dispute. betsp will acknowledge receipt within five (5) business days and endeavour to resolve the dispute within thirty (30) days of acknowledgement.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through the internal process, the parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of the Republic of the Philippines.
